i got a 95 sc300 and i got the 1jz motor swap, and the car stalls in N and P if i dont give it a little gas, what could be the problem???? PM me if you know and im also looking for info on where to get a gauge pillar for 60mm gauges thank you let me know

welcome to the 95 sc300 swap on a 1jz....i have the same problem..still havent figured out a fix...im just doing the gas it so it doesnt stall. i feel good now that its not me and ive seen atleast 5 people have the same problem with the 1jz to 95 sc swap...goodluck and if you find any info let me knwo..thanks

92 SC300 with 1jZ and it stalls when I turn in on or when I put it in gear. I do the same, turn it on and give it gas and cross my fingers. Once it is in gear and give it gas I am safe. Trying to research it also.

MAF sensor reads, throttle position sensor, vacume hose leaks, and or a dirty throttle body can be the culprit...

ive been searching about the problem for about 3 days straight, ill post it when i find the problem, and NO your not alone, i was told you need a custom wiring harness, the lexus and the 1jz have ALMOST the same harness, so a custom wiring harness would solve the problem, i dont know how and as soon as i try it ill post an outcome!!!.....also where do you buy parts for your 1jz?? such as manifold, exhaust manifold, and cam gears and also where would i find a gauge pillar to fit 60mm gauges???

There are some website out there that tell you what you can use from the Supra TT. Club NA-T.com, GKtech.com.au, modyourcar.com.au, and the real JDM ish, perfectrun.com.au ... I found these sites by typing in JZZ-30+soarer or 1JZ+GTE+soarer. Ebay has some items also.
