Default JZA70 1JZ swap into a SC300

Hi I've been in supra community for a few years now and I have had two MKIII's and I recently bought a 95 5speed sc300 and I have a 1J with a GT35R single and I'm going to be running a stinger ems.

My question is what are the steps to put a JZA70 (MKIII) 1J in a SC300 vs getting a 1J from a soarer.I know there both rear sump and I know the swap is possible but I have been searching and haven't found a write up on this.I know it's only a few different thing but I would like to have a tutorial just on doing the MKIII JZ swap in the sc.

Thank you in advance and sorry if this was covered else ware and I missed it.

If search found nothing, (including OLT's swap info), it can't be done.

Default old thread but no real info

I did this in my 95. Had to adjust the motor mounts a little, cut the subframe holes - and get the long-angled Supra ones. Don't bother with the wiring pay Tweak'd to do it and it drops right in. Reason I got the JZA70 motor was how pristine the engine/turbos were. Running at 14psi now but will be converting to a single over the next year.

If you'd have used the stock sc engine brackets and mounts everything woulda lined up like factory, real simple and perfect like with no modifying. Also, lol at tweaked. Much better vendors out there than cam. As for the wiring, it's nearly as simple as a soarer swap, definitely simpler than an x90 swap due to the a70 layout being quite similar to z30.
