My 93 gives a small, quick clunk right at startup. It is not really noticable, just to someone who fools with cars. Does anyone else's do this. It is not internal to the engine but comes from the front. I was wondering if it is a motor mount worn, some bushing worn or just normal.

It may be first thing in the morning, I'll post exact symptoms if no ideas.

I have the same problem with my 91 LS400 (150K). I thought it's the engine mount too.

I've read that a "clunk" at startup is just the ABS going through a quick self-test.
