2005 ls430 (base) with 73k miles
The car is in good condition, no accident, clean in and out, the area around the navigation system has not scratch or peeling paint etc. Old couple driven. I doubt timing belt is changed. Other than that, the vehicle looks and drive great. The asking price is 13900 though the owner is willing to negotiate down the price a bit.
Do you recommend purchasing this vehicle?

What color combo?
I know you want to hear Yes so here it goes...
YES
Make sure you check everything that could be a problem
I am not scaring you with the list but better check now than later. As you see there is nothing power train related here. Good luck!

That is about what I paid for my 2005 LS430 with 108,000 on the odometer back in Nov 2015 at a Lexus dealer.
Check the Lexus Drivers website to see if any work has been performed at a Lexus dealer. https://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lex...252Fprofile.do

Get a lexus inspec, show em timing belt quote, tranny flush, rear dif, brake, steering. 12,500 Then run synthetic to 200k worry free miles.
How long been for sale, what color? I have ML really would miss nothing for that price with the base. It has Smart Key I assume

2005 LS430 BASE 72,000 miles, sounds like the car I paid $18,000 for 3 years ago. if you buy it you will like it very much. I have enjoyed owning mine and with current gas prices you cannot go wrong. I think $12,500 would be fair to both parties. mine turned out to be a premium, no navigation or fancy stereo.

History is most important as many things can be costly on this car. Great ride when well maintained.
