Buying a CL with 150,000 miles?
It's listed for around $10,000 and is a 2004 and the recall transmission and fuel system have been replaced along. A new navigation unit and 2 struts at 100k. Every SINGLE one of the maintenance has been done until 150k, now thats pretty impressive. And the interior looks pretty amazing as well. With this meticulous maintenance is there anything to be worried about failing? I guess bushings would have to be replaced soon?

I have a 2004 CL with 113K miles.
Things to check...
For this specific car...
You will probably need LCA bushings at some point of time of time if not right away. Not a big expense.
Door lock actuators can and probably will fail. If you are handy then not a big deal but if not then that can be a significant expense.
High probability of mirrors not folding. Expensive fix but you can choose to not have them fold but setting the switch to always open.
Mirrors not adjusting will probably happen but contact cleaner will fix it.
I had to change alternator at 90K but that failure is rare. Hopefully you will not need it.
Things to check...
- Was timing belt and water pump replaced and when?
- Do both mirrors adjust?
- Do Mirrors fold in and out as expected?
- If Air suspension, are struts leaking? Were they changed and if yes, when? measure height of car at all corners.
- Are front Lower Control Arm bushings leaking, cracked?
- Check all speakers to see if they are blown, specifically the subwoofer.
- Do all doors lock and unlock with the key?
- If equipped with auto door closures, do all doors auto close?
- Plug in OBDII tool and check emissions readiness.
- Check telescoping/Tilt steering operation.
- Check Hood & trunk Struts.
- If equipped, check rear sunshade and rear window sunshade operation.
- Check front and rear parking sensors.
- Check coolant level, any leaked coolant, brake fluid level, and power steering fluid level/condition.
- Check service history by entering the VIN on Lexus Drivers website. You will need to create a free account.

Correct, Air was on UL only. You don't have to worry about it. One of the main reasons I bought a CL instead of UL.
Check the TB sticker under the hood to confirm the service date and mileage.
Transmission is sealed and fluid is supposed to be "lifetime". I would also assume that it was never changed.
There aren't a lot of reported transmission failures but I have seen some reports at 200K+ mileage. You do what you feel comfortable with.

a) Are all the blades/wipers in front of the wheels (Toyota calls them pads but the look like a squeegee and deflect air)
b) are all the fasteners in the plastic covers, when you lift the hood
c) is the tool kit in the trunk (not stolen)
d) is the full sized spare with alloy rim in the trunk
e) is the brake fluid water colored/clear
f) does the cup holder have both its arms
g) do both sideview mirrors autodim (gel can be messed up and glass is expensive)
Only Black or Bordeaux interiors came in Semi-aniline.
Semi-aniline definitely looks much better. It is thicker. It is perforated. More supple. No cracking at all on mine yet at 113K miles.

Check for rust or paint bubble around upper windshield and underneath the sunroof. If you are not going to pay for a pre-purchase inspection, get a selfie stick and take some pictures underneath the car and check for any leakage. Also turn on AFS (adaptive front headlight) and see if you have blinking AFS light on the dashboard. Get an OBD scanner (or bluetooth adapter and apps) and check for any error codes.
Frankly, I am a big fan of the latest synthetic leather products, and wish all manufacturers would offer them as an option. I would pay more for them. Today's synthetic leathers are soft, breathe well, can clean them easily, and they don't age unless abused.
If I had it to do over again, I'd buy a CL. If taken care of, 150,000 miles is nothing on an LS.
