Default Tach. Does not work

Hi,

I have a 94LS and the Tach needle does not move when i start the car. I have to drive around for about 5 to 10 minutes before it starts working. Is there a fix for this problem and where can I get it fixed?

Rap on the dash directly above the tachometer. This should bring it on.

This is a very common problem on LS models from the mid-90's. However, it usually involves both the tachometer and speedometer. My 93 has the problem, primarily during the warmer months.

I have not found anyone who has a fix for this problem.
