Best option to replace F sport Brakes
#16
its not hard to install.
If you plan to bring your car to track use slotted but prepare to change pads approx. every once a year.
If you don't plan to bring your car to track and want long pad life use blank rotors.
if you don't plan to bring your car to track, want a cool look and don't care about pad life use cross drills.

I have the 350F, Love the car, Can't stand the brake dust on the front wheels. Ian sure over time all the dust will affect the wheels/paints finish.
My local dealer claims there are no other compatible Lexus pads for the car, They said the Non F 350 pads won't work...
Is that true?
If anyone has used them can you provide me a part number please!
Hoping to use OEM pads to resolve the issue. I don't track the car so losing a few feet of stopping distance is ok for me.
THX, Ryan

I am using EBC yellow stuff on my F Sport.
Brake application 14+ is the same as 06-13.

lol dealer is clueless. Im using the low dust pads I had on my 2IS, the brakes are the exact same. I bring out the F Sport pads if I go to the track.

Yup, that was the same reply I got from my dealer. I wanted to also switch to low dust but they said they only had the F sport option.

Akeobono Ceramic pads are the -ish seriously. after 20k miles on two f sport pads, i'm done with them and throwing in the towel. the Akeobonos are amazing. been about 4 weeks and 400 miles 500 later and there is a the slightest thin layer of brake dust.. love them!
