I asked this same question awhile back and I got hammered with responses saying i should lower. I ended up lowering and its the best thing I ever did. Remember they have the half downs which are a great choice for people that dont want to go to low and it looks good.

It's clearly a matter of personal taste and lowering is my preference. If you are worried about compromising ride quality, I will say I find the ride quality with the RSR down springs to be very good. The F SPORT is kind of firm anyway and it feels about the same lowered.

I can't think of a single reason to lower. It's already quite low in front. Why mess with the engineering?

The great thing about this world is everyone can have their own opinion on what does and doesnt look good. Personally i cant see spending money to get bigger wheels if i am not going to do what is needed to reduce that wheel gap. The bigger wheel and tire you go with and don't lower the more the car looks like a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I am the most conservative person every when it comes to mods as my car is a daily driver. Putting the RSR' downs definitely made the drive considerably more agressive which i have been used to with all of my previous vehicles. I can tell you that everytime i walk out to my car and see those wheels perfectly flush, with no gap it makes me smile.
In the end you can put the 19's on, and if you dont like the look you can always lower it. I think all in the springs installed cost me 900 bucks, including it being realigned.
