Check VSC Light
Finally get to pick my car up from the body shop after a 3 week sruggle with the insurance company. start her up and get the check vsc light, check engine light, and the tracksion light. car is a 07 with 90k. drove it home and doesnt have any kind of issues. no studdering or ruff idle, like the people on here have been saying. so what do yall think? i checked the gas cap. retightened just incase figured drive it a day or so and see if the light goes off. Hoping its nothing expensive since i really dont have the money for major work

You can get the code(s) read for free at an auto parts store. I had something similar happen last fall about 5 miles after picking my IS350 up from a paint touch up. The code was P0172. I clicked the gas cap and reset the code (can be done with a code reader or by removing the negative battery terminal for 20+ minutes) and it has not reoccurred. In my case I think either shop dust fouled up the MAF sensor temporarily or they removed the fuel cap and did not click it after replacing it.

So I went to old auto zone and got the coded pulled.
They gave me two codes
P0303

Haven't looked into it yet. Not very mechanically inclinded. If anyone care to shed some light would be very helpful

DAMN! Sorry to hear about your issues. I always tend to read these "check engine" threads cause I have been dealing with issues for years now. Just had the CSP Rebuild done on my car.. And the next day I get it back.. I get the Christmas Light Dash. I know I have to get a new tranny or a new torque converter but I think I am in denial about the whole ordeal and am dreading getting the new tranny :*( GL with your issues! Just had to vent a little LOL

missfire
My 2007 IS250 recently did the exact same thing: Check VSC shown on display and CEL and Skid light illuminated. At first I figured it was a wheel speed sensor/wheel bearing going out. Then I searched on CL and found this thread. I scanned it with my shops Snap-On scanner and found a Cylinder #6 Misfire. Ordered a new coil for it ($100). I'll update later today once I resolve the condition.
