I ordered my coilovers from Figs and couldn't be happier with the service. At least give give them a couple of days to respond before making a thread. Its not like these are mass produced and they have 100 + of each item sitting on a shelf.
Having FIGS ENGINEERING and the words "bad customer service" in the same line IS misleading. As I said, and Dave pointed out, you need to be patient.
i personally had to read the title twice.. I've placed two orders with FIGS and the second one recently with my rear sway bar.. No issues at all and communication was great via email... They are a busy shop and unfortunately probably don't have the employees like some other companies have.. He fabricates everything.... Keep that in mind next time you start a thread to complain..
If every business was as sincere as Figs it would be one hell of a world. I started buying their products years ago and will buy their stuff even if it is not the least expensive.
How is the title misleading? All I am asking is if anyone has experienced this in the past. I see that they are a vendor here which is why I purchased through them in the first place.

Really you called in morning and and started this thread the very same day. It's extremely miss leading, unfounded and unwarranted. Statement such as this can be extremely damaging to business. Luckily CL cummuntiy quelled this inflammatory statement. FIGS has one of best reputation of any vendor I've ever dealt with in 30 plus years of modding cars.
This thread no longer serves a purpose and should be shut down.
I do think this thread has run its course. To the OP, send me a PM if this truly does become a customer service issue and I'll reopen. 24hrs with no response does not a customer service problem make.
