FIGS ENGINEERING...Bad customer service?
Hi All,
I finally ordered some PPE headers. From my research, I found FIGS to have the most aggressive price. I ordered these a week ago and promptly received an emailed receipt for confirmation. I called and left a message to have someone get back to me with an ETA for the headers, and I did not receive a call back. Have any of you had poor experience with these folks, or are they just closed on Mondays?

FIGS is a longtime sponsor of this forum and innovator in engineering for our cars. I have literally, not once, heard of them having bad customer service. If your email went unanswered, try PMing them on here, or calling them. It's possible your email just wasn't seen. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Started a thread complaining about it Monday night?
How is the title misleading? All I am asking is if anyone has experienced this in the past. I see that they are a vendor here which is why I purchased through them in the first place.

Having FIGS ENGINEERING and the words "bad customer service" in the same line IS misleading. As I said, and Dave pointed out, you need to be patient.
Figs is good vender always helped promptly. PPE engineering may be backed up... when I ordered my headers from direct from PPE it took 6 weeks. Figs may not have an answer for you because PPE doesn't have a eta
Mike has been nothing short of stellar in my dealings with him. I know for a fact he is a very busy human, and would never knowingly ignore a customer. I distinctly remember receiving a text message late one Friday night in response to a question I had posed... On Friday afternoon.

Mike from Figs is awesome! I bought a full BBK kit FTP him and he was very helpful from beginning until now. He answers question via text for me when I had questions about brake squeal. Give him some time.... Or at least more than 1 day.
i bought PPE headers from Figs (mike) too. he might not get to you right away but item came when he said it would with his estimation time and packaging and everything was good. not sure if he packed or had them drop shipped. Figs is a good vendor in my book.
the difficulty of modding cars.. takes money and patience my friend, a lot of my parts took three months to come in after paying for them with no updates in between.
