Default Help with a strange noise from the engine

Hallo guys again.I ve just return from my sumer holidays and i noticed a strange noise from the engine when i turn my car on.The noise is barely noticable when you are in the car with the windows up but when i open its like i have a diesel.I noticed the noise when i was at my village and after i checked oils and the water i drove 450km to return to Athens. The car drives perfect and i didnt notice anything strange.I hope that its the clutch because i have the f sport clutch ready to install and i know that IS250 manuals have a promblem with the clutch but i m not sure that this noise comes from there.I dont know how to make a video unfortunatelly. The noise is like i have a diesel when i turn the car on with no gear on and its getting louder when i press the gas. What do you think?

Thank you very much B16da9 but i cant see if this is the one i want because i m not very good at it.I found one on ebay used ofcourse for 1$ if you want to take a look.Is it to dificult to search for a used one?We have to see at first if we are searching for the right part but i cant find a way to saw it to you.Its on the engine as you look at it on the left side in the rear. Its noticeable even with the engine covers.I wish i could saw it to you.If someone can see this and point it somehow it would be very helpfull.Thank you
