Aristo headlight vs usdm gs headlight info
So im looking to replace my headlights on my 430 which have oem hid/auto level. I found a mint set of headlights from an aristo with oem hid/auto level.
My questions are, being aristo is rhd how will this affect light output/hid cutoff? Will it be plug and play? Are there any issues ill come in contact with? Thanks club lexus

Short version: you'll blind oncoming traffic. They'll be fine if you're doing a retrofit since you can purchase a set of LHD projectors. New [LHD] OEM can be bought on ebay for around $500 or less shipped if you search hard enough.

I have them in my car. Never had anyone flash their highbeams at me because I was blinding them...
I did adjust them using the normal adjustment screws. Didn't have any light beam alignment machine so I did it by looking at the beam pattern on a wall in front of the car. Been two years so I guess I did an ok job.

Everything is plug and play. The only thing with the JDM lights is they don't have the bubble level gauge on top. I don't think that's all that important. As far as I know those things just help you manually get the lights to a level setting (not absolutely required in order to make the initial level adjustments). After that the auto-level system keeps them level while driving.

I wouldn't recommend the Aristo lights without a retrofit.
I don't understand why one would intentionally cause harm to fellow motorists when there's legit options available.

You could get the aristo lights and switch the reflector bowls to USDM ones. A bit of a hassle to open the housings just for that (if I was going that far I'd strongly recommend a retrofit, the stock hids suck) but it'd be an option to use the clean housings without the incorrect cutoff. If you do want to go that route I've got a set of bowls laying around you could have cheap.
