Passenger side kick panel black square looking one above the fuses

Why are you looking for the relay? What issues are you having?

Search for a thread for shop manual under my name it tells you how to test. You probably have an issue with the resistor pack but that manual also tells you how to check that

Behind glove box behind cd player behind blue plug way in the back against firewall to the right of center stack. Make sure you test the obvious stuff first cuz you got to do some unscrewing to get to that. Also search ac diagnostics you can run by pressing a sequence of buttons on your climate control.

well in my case it was the ecm but I had 25 things not working correctly among the blower motor. It does seem suspicious because of the voltage at the plug. Do a search and see what other people had at the blower plug. Most had the speeds not work (always on high speed) before complete failure of the blower control. Worse case you can get to the blower controler and do the test per the manual. Also check all the connections and spray some contact spray. You never know may be a bad contact on one of the connectors. If you don't want to take her apart you can always find a shop with a scanner.

Where is the ECM located at for the blower motor? I was unsure per the service manual, I bought anew blower motor control and it didnt work, so Im going back to the wiring and double checking. Could it be the LCD climate control? it works as you can go up and down through fan speeds but just not turning the blower on. i find it weird about the volts, others said the volts decreased when they decreased speed of fan however mine stays pretty steady at 5.1, it may be the ecm because my blower doesnt work, my windows always have power to them and i have a parastitic draw somewhere

Not blower ECM the ECM (engine control module) I doubt that is your problem unless you have multiple problems. The ECM is in a box under the hood behind driver side headlight. I think if I was you I would go to a shop that has a multiplex scanner. I would tell you to go to Lexus dealer but you will get raped there. You need to go to a guy you can trust. I have a climate
Control unit ( non navigation) if you pay for the shipping and it fixes it I'll sell it to you for 150.00 if it does not fix the problem then ship it back at your expense. So all you would loosenis the shipping if it is not the climate
Control unit. I also have both body. Control modules. I also am selling them in the classifieds. Did you do the climate
Contol diagnostics? It's in the stickies. Also check that your grounds are good. It could even be a weak battery.
