I have a 2013 F-Sport. I like it so far but there are quite a few annoying features on this car.

It might be operator error but i've pretty much tried everything.

1. When I want to display the Media audio so that I could see what i'm listening to, it reverts back to the navigation map or settings menu within 1 minute. Its pretty annoying.

2. During start up and reversing from my garage or parking space, the reverse camera would come on and then a top pop up banner comes up and says "phone connected" then "transfer complete", all while blocking the camera view while reversing.

3. The trunk does not open from the release / open button located at the rear trunk lid. Even though the doors are unlocked the trunk will not open unless you have the key fob within proximity. On my other cars, it would be accessible when the doors are unlocked.

1 and 2 are both fixable in the menu system....
for 1 go into the general settings and go to automatic screen change.
as for 2 I think it's in the phone menu setting... their is a thread somewhere...

I asked the dealer about 3 and they said that that can't be changed.
