Remote button to open trunk?

Remote button to open trunk?

Is it wrong, if I'm away couple meters, and press open trunk button, I still can't press trunk button and lift it?

I need to have the key near and within range to press and lift trunk.

if you press and hold the trunk button, you should hear a beep and the trunk should open

yea you gotta hold on to it, i figured it out myself after clicking it several times and the trunk didnt open lol

Lol, you can go to the dealership and get it set so that you just press it once to open. I have it but I'm pretty sure you're better off as it is. I get paranoid, I always think I pressed the trunk button.
