Default 01 ES sometimes cranks fine sometimes stalls on startups

im beyond lost...130,000 miles.
ill start the car up on a cold cold start and it cranks up fine...then go to my destination..3 hours later start it up again and it will just stall and go to 0rpm and all warning lights will light up, but then ill crank it again and starts up fine!!
also i do not have a CEL on
Ive put 93 vpower the last time i filled up
what could be the issue?
What ive done:
-Battery is new
-Alternator is new
-plugs have been changed
-IACV was lubed/cleaned last year
-Fuel pump was replaced last year.
-oil change regularly

What i havent done and i may try is replacing fuel filter.

please give me some advice ive had enough of this BS

How did you clean the IACV? Was it removed from the throttle body and cleaned or did you just spray into that small hole in the throttle body?
Earlier this year, I had a similar problem and I cleaned it by spraying into that small hole but it didn't fix it properly. So I removed the intake hose again and this time generously sprayed into the throttle body hole and so far so good.
Sometimes, if this clean up doesn't help, I was told that IACV has to be changed.
