Won't start
My 1996 sc400 was running fine till a few days ago I changed the thermostat and while it was idling I sprayed throttle body cleaner in the throttle body it made like a mini back fire noise and wouldn't start replaced the spark plugs and pvc value I hear the fuel pump running I tried to bypass the ecu but it still didn't start it cranks and almost turns over. I tested the fuel line and it's not the filter it gas out when I turned the key does anyone know what else it could be

So you sprayed throttle body cleaner into the intake while the car was running?
I don't think you are supposed to do that. I'm pretty sure that you should use that stuff while the car is off, spray it in, let it soak into the crud, wipe it all out completely. Then start the car again.
In any event, no start means either no fire or no gas. I would guess that you fouled your spark plugs with the TB cleaner. Pull a plug attach the wire to it, sit the plug against the engine block and have someone try to start the car. If you don't have spark, there's your problem.
