sounds like a bad/clogged catalytic converter.
Let me guess it runs fine on flat roads and going around 30-35mph, on the freeway or uphills it won't rev over 3k and smells burnt? If so that's a sign of a clogged cat.
But there should be some codes I'm thinking.

No codes at all. I was driving constantly trying to accelerate hard then check engine light came on and shortly car cut off.. Did that maybe three times not consistant just a few times when I accelerate hard. And it gives a dead pause as if it's in neutral let up on the gas is goes but still no rough accelerations or it'll pause. Please help. I've change sparks, cleaned mass air flow.. Im thinkin catalytic.

+1, What are the codes?
What is confusing is your statement, No Codes at All .... CEL came on, WTD? If CEL is on you have codes that need to be read so you know what is going on with your car. Working on your car blindly is a complete waste of time and effort.
We really can't help without the proper information.
