Here's the rub... The cabin filter access panels on the LS430 (left) and LS400 differ.
The locking tab orientation is identical, however the opposing positioning tabs are different.

The housing is modular, so perhaps an LS430 cabin filter plastic housing section from another Toyota model will allow plug and play. GS300 or GS400?

Cover removed. There are 4 capacitors.
Values are on opposite side, but it appears complex formed capacitor leads are flattened where joining the buss bar structure suggesting they are fused/welded instead of soldered (??) Anyone know? Yamae..

Oem Toyota alve stem seal pricing from Japan.
It appears there was a change end of 1994 for separate part numbers on intake and exhaust valve stem seals.. Unsure if due to next engine generation (Model year is year manufactured, not the B.S. U.S. standard of applying model year to vehicle produced prior year)

The 3UZ-FE dipstick on LS430 is considerably longer than 1UZFE on LS400.
It appears the 3UZ-FE dipstick will fit the 1UZ-FE dipstick tube and can be easily shortened and drilled for high/low mark. Unlike the LS400 with crosshatch pattern and markings, the LS430 dipstick has only two holes for oil level
