Looking from topside through intake runner on lower half of intake....smooth... just a little casting flash line remains on the side...but it was really bad before...easily removed. The goal here was to see how much the process removed without port grinding

The top hose running from intake union to brake vacuum booster check valve was replaced. This image also presents that excess engine movement can cause this hose to loosen on the manifold union side...or pull out completely

This image depicts cracking on end of the hose connecting to the check valve on brake vacuum booster. (!!!) After 18 years, both ends of hose were rock hard and turned easily on fittings...The hose clamps had lost some tension and were replaced.

Oxidation and acid build-up have permeated the terminal bolt...some resistance and voltage drop going on here.

The stud is affixed to a small square base inside the assembly and makes contact within the frame when the postive battery cables are are tightened. This allows build-up of oxidation internally that cannot be easily cleaned. Replacement is the best option. Aftermarket vendors such as QuickCable offer a better terminal but it will not fit under the positive battery clamp. I will send original to QuickCable to see if they can produce a replacement .
