Turn the screen around so you can get to the connector on the back of the unit and disconnect both of them.

I tried to remove pins 4 and 15 but could not get them out. I ended up cutting the wires, pin 4 is a red and white wire, this wire carries the speed of the car and locks you out from entering addresses etc into the GPS while you are moving. Pin 15 is a red and black wire, after this wire is cut, the side going to the GPS screen must be grounded, this wire carries the emergency brake on or off signal.

When you ground it, the GPS screen thinks the emergency brake is on and will allow the screen To continue to display an alternate display, in my case it is a movie.
