Ddc
Trying to get my terminology down while doing this massive process of wheel shopping. Is a DDC wheel a wheel with MANY bolts? Like bolts all the way around the wheel like the AC INDICATOR?
DDC stands for Dynamic Dimple Composite. It is the type of indentation in the lip that the bolts sit in. The ACS Indicators have DDC, as well as, the Work Rezax II/Equip and L-Sportline Model I to name a few. This is a very unique and elegant style of lip. Very nice IMO.
DDC- dynamic dimple composite where the bolts are "tear-drop" shaped. the number of bolts per wheel are the same. the are simply more "visible" so might give impression of "MANY" bolts.
jdm Work wheels are famous for this feature. but, it will take away some of the lip depth..very elegant looking, imho....you see them on mostly higher end/flag ship wheels of a particular brand

DDC makes the wheels very elegant, if you are more into VIP style DDC is for you.. I am more into sport style, so I wouldn't do anything to trade off the deep lip sizes.
it's always a trade off . daymn ^^
