Unhappy rubbing

i recently put in my hp evo's 18 x 8s all around with a +38 offset, and i have a 1.5 inch drop with espelirs and on turns with slite bumps i have rubbing, any solutions besides rolling fenders? cant complain bout the looks though i love it, had to avoid staggered cause im a balla on a budget, need to rotate tires. the one thing im glad about is the car is raised about an inch or so compared to stockers with the drop because of the bigger wheels. please help...thanks in advance

maybe more info, like which one is rubbing, front or back (i suppose it's the front?). also what tires you are running, that is usually the problem when you have a tight offset
