Default Looking for 10mm Spacers...

I am not too pleased with the offset on my front wheels:

It bothers me more since the rear wheels are pretty much flush... so I was thinking 10mm would be just about perfect for the issue I have up front.

I come to you looking for advice on where I can find good hub and wheel-centric spacers of that size. I've heard that H&R has good 5 mm spacers, but I don't think those will be aggressive enough. Plus, I haven't been able to find the model number anyways (granted, I haven't looked very hard).

Where can I find high quality spacers to do this job? Will I need longer, stronger studs also? (I guess if I do, though, good spacers will probably come with them).

Those should work without a problem. The kit already includes longer studs which I am sure you'll end up needing.

You could always try putting the 15mm spacer on & the rim without the extended studs and see if you have enough thread left. If you don't then just have the shop replace the old studs with the long studs.

15mm would DEFINITELY give you not enough thread.

RocketGuy3, I was checking your posts, if your running +38 offsets in the front, I'm sure you can easily run 15mm wheel adapters in the front.

How wide are your tires?

Whats the biggest spacer you can safely run without getting longer studs?

I would never put anything over 5mm without longer studs.

No one makes a spacer less than 15mm being hub centric , a 10mm one will need longer studs but will not have the hub to attach too.

cspec, I'm still running stock tires for now (225s), but I'm thinking I will upgrade to 235s once these are worn down. The wheels I have now are 18x8.5 and +48 (not +38) up front. That's why I want 10mm spacers. I think that would give the perfect offset.

Really? I thought H&R already offered 5mm hubcentric spacers... Why would they need to be that big to be hub centric?

RocketGuy3, I definitely think you should go with 15mm spacer for the perfect look, if it is indeed +48 in front.

H&R makes 5mm hubcentric spacers.

Ichiba makes 10mm hubcentric spacers.

When I put 5mm spacers on the rear of my ES I already needed longer studs. Its not that big of a deal replacing studs.

Wouldn't 15 mm be a little too aggressive? I wasn't thinking anything more than 12 would be a good idea. I mean, also keep in mind that the wheels are 8.5" wide - .5" wider than the stock front wheels. I definitely don't want the front wheels to look MORE aggressive than the rear wheels (which are 18x9" and +31).

Also, I've heard it's pretty much always a good idea to get new studs when you use spacers since the stock studs weren't designed to bear the extra load the spaced wheels would give.

Either way, can you tell me where I can get hubcentric spacers of that size with new studs? (10-15 mm spacers)

Give Status Design a call, they can get you H&R'S.

http://www.statusautodesign.com/

...OR you can try "Project Kics" wheel adapters.

Whatever you do, just get a 15mm spacer,

I definitely should think you should consider +15 mm spacers.

Javier (javyLSU) has low 30's offset on his wheels and they are working out fantastic.

They look great, and definitely won't regret getting 15mm spacers.

You should be fine w/15mm spacers (in terms of not rubbing) though I personally wouldn't feel comfy using spacers myself. FWIW, MrMark has a 19x8.5 +23 or +24 using 225/35/19 (same overall diameter as the oem 18's) rubber w/no fender mods & lowered. Post some pics of before/after whatever you get mang.
