My suggestion: get the body work done necessary to fit the wheels. Your car = your call.
I've only seen a couple cars pull off excessive camber well.

Seen this posted everywhere today...I agree with Schnitz, proper bodywork for fitment goes a long way but so does the "OMG Hella Flush oni camber feature me on a blog!" look I suppose.
