Depends on the wheel, offset and car it will be on either will look good if executed right and both can look bad if done wrong.

Damn, step lip in the front and flat in the rear looks sick!

 

I like both step lip and reverse rim. But it all bottles down to what wheel. I think some wheels look better with strep lip and some are better with reverse lip. For the Varianza I would get a reverse rim. It just makes it look bigger.

The face is the wheel I posted. I ordered them Friday 8-10 weeks I'll have them. Also ordered my exhaust, front lip, neck pads, and HIDS

 

Step all the way. The picture of those wheels look funny with reverse and step IMO

 

Depends on the face and the offset. I only like step lips for aggressive wheels looks cleaner but it takes away from the actual look of a big lip. In the end your choice do you like the look of huge lips or defined lips :P
