Should I rather stick with the traditional puddle lights or go with LED strips.

The only reason I don't like the traditional puddle because the dome shape cover sticks out a little, not making it look flushed. Plus it gets dirty from the road grim and etc, so you have to clean it out once in the while.

I never used the LED strip but i think it makes it more look flushed. It just like tape with tiny led on it instead out dome shapes sticking out. Only bad is there a lots of led on the strip, so your puddle lights will be super bright. Do you think it might look rice?

 

I would prefer traditional puddle lights over LED's. Are the LED's you're talking about the ones that stay on all the time like neon lights usually do? What kind of car is this going on?

 

It not like the neon lights, I'm taking about the puddle lights on the vip cars show.

 

you gotta post pics on this one. Cause if either one is done right, you wont see anything and will be flush either way.

 

where would you buy the puddle lights?

and where would you buy the led strips?

Those dome style stick on puddle lights are ghetto. Why don't you go for the Monarch Puddle lights, they're flush mounted and waterproof. I got mine for $100 shipped

^^ Yup, I got 'em from Eliteautostyle. I still have yet to install them because i haven't bought my body kit yet. SO hard to decide!! I think I might just go Wald because its just a clean lip kit.

 

IVe had puddles...and im currently running an led strip as temporary. Going to put in my blue puddles soon
