Can I be VIP?
So I'm wondering if I can make my car VIP without changing my wheels / body kit. I'm wondering if my body kit is aggressive enough (TTE front lip, RMM sides, Tom's rear insert, Tom's roof spoiler, TTE deck lid lip spoiler). Also, I'll have to space out my wheels, but I'm not sure how much. They are 19x10 +42 and 19x8.5 +38. Obviously I would get air suspension and a new tire setup. Some pics:

*Note: I'm back to OEM grill now.

No offense to OP but I'm curious why it must be necessary (for many) to be labeled VIP?
VIP is cool and all but I think you should modify your car to your taste and the way you like it, not what a trend or fad tells you to do.
Like a typical fashion trend, it will end and a new trend will come and there you go again, chasing the fashion train.
