I'm an air noob (at least in understand what components are needed) I have tein coilovers right now but the shocks are blown and the car could be a little lower. I've always dreamed of having air suspension. Since I have the coilovers already is this would I need......

Or do I need to pull the coilovers, go air bags and Bilstien (or equivalent) shocks?

BIG VIP if your shocks are dead then you need to either rebuild them or buy a new coilover kit or new shocks to use universal air. That kit they sell only replaces the springs but keeps whatever shocks you had before.
Both of my rides are on air. 2000 GS400 on Air Runner. 2005 LS430 UL with Data Systems controller. I drive the LS on level 7 or 8. I would go with UAS next time around due to cost and availability of replacement parts. Plus UAS is customizable like being able to add airbags to coilovers.
Air Runner cost= $5k, installation = $1,200
