EXE Style is a subsidiary of Vip Style. The EXE Style is more executive-derived than its parent Vip Style. Vip Style is more of a "gangster" type of style. Both styles are similar because of the car platforms that both styles use.
Imagine driving to work in an EXE Style and a Vip Style car. Both send out completely different cues to onlookers. to put it short, EXE Style is like a rich man's style and Vip style is like a druglord's style.

what a way to bring this thread back from the dead =)
after doing research on this topic for 3 years, here is a "simple" answer that most people would be looking for
BOTH = Flagship RWD JP-made car in black or white ( for ex q45, ls430)
EXE = nice wheels, lowered, lip kit, smooth body lines.
VIP = AGRESSIVE offset, huge bodykit, slammed, extreme detail to interior, crazy body lines
VIP Style = any car that has items mentioned above in no specific combination
EXE ...
i know this is a scoobaru, but this is just to give you an idea of clean looking interior
