My Iphone wont ring in UX
It is connected but when a call comes in there is no ringing or whatever.
What am I doing wrong? A message comes on the screen about an incoming call but no ring. Don't have carplay connected using usb because don't need it and shouldn't have to do that to hear the phone ringing.
(also, taking my one month old 2021 UX 250H in to dealer today because last week we went out to the car and had the key and nothing happened, nothing lit up, not even "key not detected"...So i got in with another key, still zip, nothing, no lights nothing. Someone with me had a volt meter so we found the battery (this took a bit) and tested it at 12.4 or normal.
Couple minutes later got back in car with a key and everything went back to normal.

car settings?
I know how to change the sounds for the phone of course but if you are saying there are settings in the Lexus system that allows the phone to ring through the car then I don’t know about that
Press the center console "Menu" button then the on-screen "Setup" icon (not the "Phone" icon).
Now move to the left column and open "Phone", move to "Sounds". Three (3) of the four sound
choices will play a sample trill, jangle and my favorite..."receiving a call from John Smith". The
fourth option is to play the ringtone from your phone. Nice if you have assigned distinctive rings
for special callers. Below these is Ringtone Volume. Default is pretty loud - 8.
OP, your symptom of phone ringtone but no car ringtone might be that the system has the ringtone
volume set to 0 or 1. Alternately you may have the fourth option selected but your phone ringtone
is somehow incompatible with the car and not triggering. Switch each and see what you hear.
Have you paired another phone to your UX to make and take calls?

BTW, First 3 tanks of gas we got 39 mpg...not changing anything, not changing where we were driving and now the last 2 tanks of gas we are getting 36 mpg even with ECO on all the time. Is there a SETTING anywhere that we need to check to see as to why we are now getting this lower performance? I know on my 5 yr old Highlander there is eco and ev, but ev is rarely available for obvious reason as it means battery only.
What is the HOLD button under EV mode button for? Found answer, it will hold the brakes on...dont want that!

Brake Hold is useful at Railroad Crossings and Up or Down hill stops. RR stops can be
long and if you bother to put it in Park inevitably everyone inches forward, engage the
Brake Hold button and you can relax/remove your foot from the brake pedal. If needed
you can touch the throttle and edge forward then Brake Hold will once again hold you.

I also am trying to figure out how I went from 39 mpg to 36 with no change in driving, the only two things you can have on or off as far as the system goes is ECO and EV, and I have them both on, am I missing something?
Tire pressure is set at or above recommended
You might as well just go to the dealer and complain about the MPG. They will tell you the same thing that we have been telling you. The weather plays a big part of this as well.
