Was it hard to get color match for plastic around wheel wells and back “spoiler”?
And did you get your 20” rims from an RX?

I thought F Sport, across all models, came with all black/little chrome side-view mirrors — did yours not? or they did and you partially painted them white?
Or did you just pick and choose where you did the chrome delete or black/smoke chrome as I see your rails are still chrome?
Or is it still a work in progress…
Regardless, I like what you and @Customux did with your cars as they have your individual signatures on them and glad you’re both having fun improving upon what you’ve got to fit each of your styles 🙌

Not sure, what chrome part are you talking about, the bottom, or the middle part? My side mirror has a chrome strip from the factory but nothing on the bottom, I thought they were all color coded on the bottom and black on the top (for the F Sports at least).

Ahhh, on the NX they look like this — that’s why I couldn’t exactly tell what I saw on yours…

You are correct, on my NX it is indeed all black, same with the wheel arches being color-coded but that was standard on the Blackline edition I own.

We test drove an NX Blackline edition — very nice — but it was still overpriced IMO.
That’s the one thing I wish I had on my NX is the black headliner as I am stuck with the “old man tan” headliner — that’s in reference to another post where a guy said he “will never understand the love for "old man tan" or red interiors” — as you could imagine he got a lot of feedback and said he “genuinely didnt mean it as an insult, more tongue in cheek but tone doesnt come across well on message boards.”
Anyway, that whole exchange stuck with me and now I jokingly refer to all tan as the “old man tan”…🤣

I hear you on the blackline, luckily I had a pretty good deal on it since the IS got totaled - so the NX was the replacement. I actually prefer tan now that I'm older. I used to always prefer black, but the LC has the toasted caramel interior which really warms things up.

I don’t consider toasted caramel as being “old man tan”, and I agree that it warms things up.
Having said that, I still can’t bring myself to choose any kind of tan, toasted caramel or even macadamia for my interior and I am also older.
If I had an LC that was white, I’d choose navy interior; if it was USB, I’d pick black and if it was Nori Green, I’d be at a crossroads as I do feel the toasted caramel would prob look best.
And in MY perfect world, this rendering would be my dream… [ insert you throwing up or laughing here ]

we share very similar tastes in that regard. I do have a supreme soft spot for orange cars.
