Thank you in advance for any help. We have a TX 350 2025 that we got a few months ago and today after picking up the car from the dealership, I noticed the passenger side mount base for the mirror was missing, please see attached. I called the dealership and they are staying that the in take pics had that piece missing off the car



. So it must have happened before we dropped it off. This is very strange, we haven't hit anything and it has no damage in that area. It must have just fell off. I asked the dealship to go through warranty, and they seemed very uneasy about that stating that this will not be covered. I asked them anyway to double check. My question for you pros, what is it called and how could I purchase it myself? I looked online, but could only find it for the RX models on eBay, not the TX. I did ask those sellers on eBay if they have that part in stock. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
