Rattling Door
I purchased a 2025 TX 350 Luxury in October 2025 with 500 miles. Sporadically, I hear a rattling sound in the right passenger side door. I hate to bring to the dealer and be told they don't hear anything, only to drive it and hear it. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how was it rectified?
You can wait for your initial maintenance at 5,000 miles and bring it to their attention then. Or you can open the door card yourself to see. Me? I'd just wait for the 5k unless it is extremely annoying. If so I would just take it in for that issue.
Maybe this would help.
I would use my fist to gently pound on the door panel all around the parameter to make sure the door panel is installed. Check if the weatherstrip around the driver door is all installed correctly around the door panel. Observe any loose parts also.

I remember from Professor Peabody's Wayback Machine when Detroit was building totally crap cars. You always hoped you got a car built on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Well, we had a family friend who had a rattle in his door and it was bad. Took it to the dealership who opened it up only to find an empty beer bottle inside!
OMG!! I've heard the rattling sound twice since purchasing in October 2025, so I doubt there's a beer bottle inside 😀. This most recent time I heard the rattling was this past weekend when I driving from RI to PA (5 hours)! I HATE any noise in my car; it drives me nuts!

My 2024 does this too! The sound is coming somewhere from the driver side B pillar or rear door. If from the rear door, possibly the sun shade. I notice if the sun shade is down it’s rattles more versus up.
You can get the noise if you hit the door panel from the inside with the heel of your hand. I also noticed it in a showroom floor TX too which makes me wonder it’s a sunshade design flaw rather than some defect

The noise in my car is definitely coming from the right passenger door. My sunshade stays open, so I know that's not the problem. I'll have my husband hit the door panel as you and another commenter suggested. Hopefully, if something is not fully fastened, by him hitting the door will fix the problem. Thank you.

Well you did buy it as used w/ 500 miles……..maybe that is your clue that the other owners didn’t like it either…….trade it in…..
