I've heard about "the Lexus Rattles" on a number of threads, usually 2024 models - but oddly enough none of my three Lexus vehicles has ever had this issue (2010 RX350, 2023 RX 350, 2026 TX 500h FSL), EXCEPT when its someting I've put in the car - like metal glasses in the holder over the console or things in the door pockets or in the rear under floor storage bin. And those are easily "sorted". I'm at 3K miles an a number of trips on the TX and its as quiet as the family couch at movie time on Friday. The car is just solid.

How bad are the rattles with yours and where are they coming from?

Rear passenger door panel and somewhere in the dash. Comes and goes with temp.

I have my 2026 Lexus TX500h and have around 1,500 miles on it. Drives great when accelerating without any problems so far. When stopping, a would shake say 1 of out of 30 times maybe. I'll bring it up during the next oil change.

Already fixed a few complains already including the shifter, alignment. Also, the notable issue with the driver seat during power down where it would go backwards and forward to be taken care of.
