Mine was also off slightly, did a slight bend and now it's perfect. Lexus should have seen this before delivery......

My TX does not have this alignment issue. It is perfectly flush.

Same problem, dealer said it was ok

. I have had issues with it not opening in cold weather, and I am having this looked at this coming week.
