Default Tein ss

Got quoted for Tein SS Coilovers for $1400 OTD. This includes parts, labor and aligment. Is that a fair price? What are some other good coilovers you guys recommend. Ride comfort is my priority. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

you're probably not going to want to go with tein ss for ride quality the ride is stiff i used to have them.... i have JICs now and their even stiffer but handle much better not as mushy. Try HKS i had them on my 2gen and the ride was awesome i had the coils as low as they could go and it the ride was close to stock if not better

For comfort, they say that Tein CST's are good. I have Tanabe Pro Fives and absolutely love them. Not harsh, IMO, and fairly smooth considering the ride height i'm at.

Sonic Motorsports and Exact Motorsports quoted me at $1900 OTD for Tein CST. Is that a reasonable price?

Wow...they run about 1400 (+/-) so figure they're charging you $500 for the rest? Too steep, IMO.

Why don't you try one of our Vendors here on this forum? There are a ton of them that sell these things and many price-match.

Its $1900 for parts, labor and an aligment...That's the median price here in NorCal.
