Dealer took the car onto the tpke today and did 75 mph. Calims they can not find a problem. Said struts, shocks , everything is good. Asked what kind of car I drove before this one. A fron twheel drive Jetta. They said maybe I was not used to the RWD. LOL. Thisd is not my first RWD car and I wasalso a professional TT driver in my past life. I know vehicles. They said alignment is good. I asked if the car got the full alignment or did they just check the toe by driving over the floor plate device. That's what they did. Service advisor said maybe he could get the CPO dept to authorize the full alignment. Hate the way they always have to ask the used car dept if they can do a warranty repair or check. But, they do have follow through and seem to be a very good dealer. Hope they can fix this issue cause I just won't enjoy driving this car at high speeds for the next 4 years. Man, my wife will go bonkers if I say I want to get rid of it since I only got it three months ago.

You may want to go to a place which sells you a lifetime alignment. I think this is a car which needs regular alignment. I do full alignment twice a year. In fact I bought my car new last May and have had it aligned twice: once when I changed out the rubbish OEM tires in June, and then once at the 6 month service at 5000 miles in January.

Just have to transfer it from my VW to the Lexus at tirekingdom. However, they hvae damaged wheels of mine in the past by treating them in a rough way, letting them fall over, chipping off the clearcoat on the finish. I'll hvae to inspect the wheels before and after. I don't trust them anymore.

In that case you should go to either the dealer or Sears. I always align at dealer on the lexus. On my BMW I used sears because the BMW dealer did the same things you experienced at tire kingdom plus their alignmnts were not very good.

Sears is excellent. They have good equipment.
