Yes there is a fix for the Sawy bars noise. I had the bad knocking from the front right side as well as a mild knock from the front left as well. The problem was completely resolved by my Lexus dealership by replacing the original F sport sway bars with a much softer bushing. I think the problem was that the old bushing was very rigid and wore out therefore creating a gap between the bar and the bushing. This gap allows the bar to move up and down and left and right in the bushing therefore creating the noise we are all hearing. I have to say that the suspension feels a bit softer since they installed the new bushings. I took off my exhaust as well so i now feel like I am driving a Lexus again. The exhaust noise was a huge detractor of the ride comfort in a car of this caliber. I have no regrets

I dont think its a TSB but the new ones I got were much softer than the ones that originally came with the sway bars. HAve them replace the bushings and it will solve the issue. If you have not installed them yet then use the new bushings that came with it. If/when the noise shows up you will at least know its a $9 part that will remedy the problem

just emailed my service manager to see if they know of these "new" bushings. hopefully I can get them installed and get rid of these horrible noises. So, the process to install these new bushings is just as intense as installing the sway bars all over again. Does Lexus pay for this as a warranty item?

I8ABMR,
This is good news... but in Dallas, Sewell Lexus Parts (Darrell) and Sewell & Park Place Lexus Service Departments are not aware of this new(?) bushing. Could you please ask your dealership to provide a part number? Hopefully this will clear it all up.
Thanks!

PS: the knocking noise with the cooler weather is so loud now that it sounds like there is a dangerous issue with the front suspension.

I dont think its a newly designed bushing. I think its just a new soft fresh bushing that did the trick. The service rep said it was much softer than the original one. what I read earlier on another thread was that they are going to release a newly designed bushing in the next few months. I asked the service rep if we needed to insulate it as directed on the forum and he said that the new bushing should do the trick.

so far so good. My fingers are crossed. In the end no matter what I think Lexus wil have some redesigned bushings available in the next few months. No need to stress

Did you get your fix yet? Just wonder if all dealers are aware of this by now.
