Hello club Lexus. I’m having issues removing the top camber bolt that goes on the toe arm. I took the most outer nut out, but the rest of the bolt still seems to be on there. Any tips? I saw another thread where the guy rotated the bolt but I have no access to the back side of the bolt as it’s mostly hidde

Its just a regular bolt with an eccentric washer welded on essentially. Just hammer it and it should come out
The instructions in the service manual just say take off the nut and remove the bolt
Looking at the condition of the control arm, and that you have IL in your profile, I'm guessing that the bolt seized to the inside of the bushing... same issue here with one of our bushing bolts. If the bolt rotates, see if the bushing is spinning with it. Best advice I've been given is soak the bushing with PB Blaster, Liquid Wrench, WD-40, Aero-Kroil, etc, for a day, then hammer it out.
I've been there. Not a hammer big enough to solve that same problem I had. Ended up having to cut it out with a cutoff wheel on an angle grinder.
question, when you cut it off did you just cut into the metal part of seized bushing or did you cut the full bolt off and if so what bolt did u buy to replace because all i can find is cam adjustment bolts and not toe adjustment unless they can be interchanged?
Try soaking it good with PB blaster or the like for a day or two. Keep allowing it to penetrate the rust. You should be able to break it loose with a wrench or hammer it out. A torch is helpful too as long as the arm is being replaced.
