Maybe you should check the torque. 81 ft lbs aint 81NM...

81 ft-lbs is 110nm

But 81 ft-lbs shouldn't strip a bolt that size. Are you 100% sure you aren't cross-threading them, or that the threads of the nut that receives the bolt aren't galled or otherwise damaged?

yes pdf file ` No. 2 Suspension arm X Axle Body` 81 ft lbs 110 NM 1120 kgf-cm
I Have checked bolt and Flanged Nut ,both look undamaged .
torqued left side fine , right side is spitting
I have Aftermarket Megan Arms, using OEM BOLTS AND Camber Washer, .

ONLY OTHER OPTION IS SPC BOLT COMBO FOR 110$

They can't both be undamaged if it's stripped. If the bolt looks fine when you remove it, surely it must be the nut that's stripped. How do the previous two bolts look?
Unless you somehow got a bolt from a bad batch three times in a row, it's unlikely to be a flaw in the bolt. The OEM bolts are of an appropriate grade, and the SPC bolts would be of a similar grade. The fact that one side worked fine and the other side keeps failing suggests a problem elsewhere than the bolt.

I think its the nut , it looks in perfect condition. I was applying grease and anti seize for future maintenance but friction is busting the threads,

The left side flange nut is torqued, BUT the bolt is only half way through the nut , Because of the space difference of the MEGAN LCA .

thats not sitting well with me . thats why I was considering using SPC'S bolts.

okay I saw a picture , I mixed up the Nuts like a ****ing idiot thanks!

BUT, Looking at the Megan rear Lower Control Arm n. 2,` it has no notch in the arms BAR So, how is the OEM Bolt and cam washer supposed to apply camber,

Looking at eibacts from Megan racing website sizes given and 12,14,17 MM any ideas on size to go with ....... I guess I will measure myself.
