My theory is that the standard shocks are at a higher "neutral point" and are not able to dampen properly or at all at the new lower neutral point. Opinions?
the shocks aren't valved at the same spring rate as the f sport lowering springs. Your shocks also may be due for replacement and maybe your bushings as well

Do you have any recommendation for shocks that would fit well with the f sport springs? It is a 350 awd with 19 inch wheels. One other consideration that might have affected the ride is that I mounted the 19 inch wheels at the same time as the springs. I'm thinking that the much larger weight of those wheels could be a factor that the shocks can't keep up with.

unfortunately I don't have any recommendations on that end. 19inch wheels would have definitely made the ride harsher as your tire sidewall must have decreased at the same time. I imagine you're running a 35 sidewall now? heavier wheels will also transfer more force to the suspension/chassis

Actually I was able to stick with 40 profile tires at the same width as the original (225). I am considering the f sport shocks that should be tuned to the f sport springs but they are a bit pricey. My car just got 100000miles also so the shocks most definitely should be a little worn out.

Looking for a suspension replacement here too! Almost ~70k miles on H&R springs and 137k mile old OEM shocks. Are Megan EZ Streets still a good option? Been neglecting this car for too long and need to get her back up in shape!

@Toxicxk23

If you aren't trying to spend too much money and can DIY the install, check out the $200 coilovers on eBay. I've been riding mine for 14 months and over 10k miles and everything is good considering the costs.
Is much better than my leaking OEM shocks and Tanabe DF210 springs.

That listing expired but when I searched "2007 lexus is350 coilovers", a bunch of options came up in that $200 price range. Do you know anyone who has bought from a specific seller?

Struts are recommended @ 50,000 miles for every car.
When you live in a nice climate (California, Florida) the roads are pothole free, sure maybe that $200 suspension is great. When you live somewhere with rough roads, your suspension has to actually do work. Remember you get what you pay for. $200 suspension is going to probably be worse than stock suspension in terms of ride quality where the suspension actually has to cycle..
