Default Rsr Ti-2000 Downs

Bought myself a set of these over the standard rsr downs. They cost me an extra 250 dollars tho as they are made from better materials, stronger, lighter and also require less coils in the springs! Was just wondering has anyone put these in there car yet and if so, what does it ride like?

Kind regards

and also may I add rsr offfer a lifetime warranty on these springs for sag and deformation, a lot more than 5 year warranty on the stock standard rsr downs (50,000kms) which ever comes first ...

That's funny, I was just reading up on these last night. RS*R does not advertise/offer these in the USA for the Lexus, but I'm sure they could get them as a special order.

oh really? Well I’m from Australia and the importer said ; Ti2000 are made in Japan, forged from a Steel, Cobalt & Titanium alloy and provide a weight saving of around 800g- 850g a corner (as this is unsprung mass x4 it is like removing 3.2kg off the car per corner or 12.8kgs total) Not only aesthetically pleasing this enhances the excellent ride comfort & also further improves handling, braking and turn in over the RS-R Down Springs)—

The Ti2000 gives the driver that lowered look without compromising ride quality, but you still feel the handling difference. With the use of Titanium & cobalt in the Springs they have the ability to be lighter, stronger, thinner and contain less coils in each spring, so short stroke shocks are NOT needed and thus will NOT void your Factory Warranty and are backed by a LIFETIME AUSTRALIAN WARRANTY against Deformation and Sag.

so maybe they are a new product or something?

Huh! These might just be the answer to my questions in this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sus...n-f-sport.html

It seems the RS-R Ti-2000 downs are offered for the non f-sport IS300h from 10.2016 and onward. And they lower around 30 mm both front and back! (at least according to rhdjapan.com) I'll make sure to do some more investigating.

Thanks for the tip Pcavzz!
