Like others have said, get them to check those rear calipers. They need to show you that they are sliding properly.
I guess I should add that IF the rear calipers are sliding properly then it may be a collapsed hose or sticking caliper

Hi new to the clublexus forums and I also have the same problem and had bought brand new drilled and slotted rotor and new pads they were pulsing after 200-300 miles so I had them turned and it fixed the problem for another 200-300 miles...

You are probably not bedding in the pads properly. You need to makes several 60-5mph hard brakes in a row to lay down pad material on the rotors and establish a wear pattern.
