Default Dealer says Front & Rear Stabilizer Bar Bushings need replacement?

Are these the sway bars? Are the front and rear bushings easy to replace DIY on a stock AWD? Anyone have lexus part numbers, or are there better after market options? It's for a 2009 AWD IS250. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

The AWD has stiff rear durometer bushings. I think they are the same as the ones that come with the Fsport sway bars. The fronts are plain rubber really mushy. Easy install for the rear. The front is doable too while the car is in the ground. Front passenger side pop the hood remove the front radiator cover. Then the air box snorkel. With a 3/8 ratchet and deep 14mm socket, and maybe 4" extension. Bolts can be removed bent over on the bushing brackets. For the driver side these needs to be done with the wheel turned. You'll need a long regular 14mm wrench. Lying on your back the bolts can be removed. This is how I've removed them before. Please not they have a thread locker so if they have never been removed. Your going to have to man handle them. Just make sure you have s solid grip on the bolts to avoid stripping the heads. For the rears you can get polyurethane bushings from Figs engineering. The front they don't make you'll have to buy OEM, or get the smaller diameter bushings from SuperPro 24mm. You can open the holes by using a dreamer, and sanding bits. That's how I did my front ones. The OEM AWD bar is 26.5mm. I have a set of of OEM rear sway bar Figs poly bushings with less than 50 miles. PM if interested.

Those are the sway bars. Do yourself a favor and buy your appropriate matching sized front and rear sway bar bushings from www.shopfigs.com because IMO they're the best out there and they're surprisingly affordable considering almost everything FIGS sells, sells at a premium price due to their superior quality/functioning products.
