Default Parking Break adjustments

Hello all, i have problem with my parking break. When i pull on the parking break handle it clicks more than 8 clicks and it does not hold the car securely in especially on a hill. Is there a way to make some adjuatment on it? I tried to do some searches but couldnt find it here.

You have to take off the rear rims and adjust the parking shoes on each side. Remove the rubber inspection hole cover, spin the rotor until that hole is in the 6 o' clock position, then use a flat head screw driver to spin the star wheel. Spin the star wheel down to loosen and up to tighten.
