Cool 97 sc300 1jz none vvti code 52

Was driving home yesterday whent to pass some one when I lost power , engine light came on and the engine started to cut out . I read on the site that the knock sensor wiring mite be a good place to start ? Was think of using my 2jzge knock sensors and wiring as I have i laying around . Also found 5 out of 6 coil packs cracked rtv them as temporary fix to see if the cuting out whent a way and it didn't any help would be appreciated .. fmic 9 psi straight pipe no cats

Thumbs down Update

just giving an update - found two leaking capicitor in ecu - whent a head and performed the knock sensor wiring replacement using USB wire due to I found corrosion in sensor wire at plugs

Just drove the car code 52 goes active in acceleration still . Next going to try to find another ECU and coil packs will update after . Performed the feel pump flow controller mod

you can check fuel pump ecu and fuel pump wiring maybe. dont wana be plain and say change the knock sensor but if u havent ran down to a parts store to check you should see if it is indeed the knock sensor. always check the nearby wires aswell as fuse box.

Update changed out the ecm and took the car for a test drive code was not present let's hope it stays that way

could be a bad ecu.. looking at the picture you posted it looks like one of the caps are burnt.
