Need advice on lowering 2014 IS250 F-Sport
I'm a complete noob and not sure what parts to get if I want to lower my car by 1"?
What springs, shocks and spacers?
Do I currently already have F-sport shocks if I have the 2014 is250 F-sport?

If you're looking for an inch, just like I was, the RSR Downs are a great choice and budget friendly.
It will close up that wheel gap and the ride is still great.
The F-Sport does not come with the F-Sport shocks...these would be an accessory purchase from Lexus.
For spacers, to flush to OEM F-Sport rims 25mm Front and 20mm Rear will get you the look you want. Meraki is a vendor on here that can PM you pricing for the spacers and springs.
Shocks...well it's up to you want you want to do. You could get the F-Sport to install at the same time...you could leave the stock shocks, where after a few years may eventually leak due to the inch drop.
But honestly it will take so long for the stock shocks to possibly fail, that you may either not have the car anymore, or be ready to move to another suspension system (i.e. Coilovers, air, etc.).
Personally I'm going to drive on the stock shocks until they go and decide what to do then. They may never go...you never know.

the ride will be the same, but RSR down looks better, the F-sport spring lowered a bit more in the rear to my eyes they don't look evenly, that's the different. but F-sport is OEM that will be up to you. like Susnuke said OEM shock will last longer than any normal shock no worry just spring them on and thats it.
For tires wear, you'll need camber arm in the rear, they are not expensive, the front will be fine check out this thread and learn more https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...=RSR+tire+wear

In terms of drop, the RSR Downs are spec'ed at 1.0-1.2 inch drop in the front and 0.8-1.0 inch the rear.
Just eyeballing the car I think I definitely got the inch in the rear (maybe a little more) and just about an inch in the front.
I don't know the specs for the F-Sport spring, but knowing Toyota and what they do with the TRD springs, it's usually a 1 inch drop all around and the state you can use the OEM shocks with them.
From what I've read on the forum, I believe the RSR Downs will get you a tad lower than the F-Sport springs...enough that you will notice, and enough that some have removed the F-Sport springs to install the RSR Downs.
The really quality is pretty much unchanged, I would say a tad stiffer...which also seems to be the consensus on the forum as well.
