So far, I've done exhaust, intake, clear bumper lights, and grill. 19" rims are next.....and then once I get my student loans for this fall, Tein CS coilovers

My first real mod was the LTuned Suspension, and it was well worth it.

Depending on what wheels you currently have. If you have the 16" wheels, I would first get bigger wheels.
Then, coilovers or lower springs/shocks.

Default what is a coilover

I have noticed people mentioned coilover better than springs and shocks. But what is a coilover? Any explaination is appreciate. Where can I get them? I just got a 2000 GS4 w/ 16" wheels, and probably the first thing I do would be to lower the car and getting bigger wheel size.

My first mods were a couple of OEM additions...added a spoiler to the car. After that came 17" OEM wheels (car came with 16s) and better rubber, plus a De-mod (removed a tan pinstripe).

The first REAL mod.... in one weekend in 2000 I took my car up to SRT and had the Intake/ECU installed, Borla exhaust put on, Torque Converter put in and Eibach/Bilstein suspension combo installed. Big bang!

Hmmm... does anyone really want to know how the ability to mod a car is dependent on student loans? Must be attending ULM -- University of Lexus Modification!

I did a whole slew of mods to my car and that was based on what I felt the GS needed the most - the handling needed to be fixed, so I did these mods all at once:

1. L-tuned shocks
2. L-tuned springs
3. L-tuned steering ecu
4. TRD front Lower Chassis brace
5. Toms rear lower chassis brace

and a cosmetic mod also at the same time:
6. L-tuned stainless steel sports muffler

My second set of mods were:
7. TRD front strut tower brace
8. Cusco rear strut tower brace

and that completed the handling mods.

I then did cosmetic mods:
9. L-tuned side skirts
10. L-tuned grill
11. TTE front lip spoiler

More cosmetic mods:
12. Upgraded the fogs to 6000K HID's (just got the package today, will be installing it this weekend).
13. H&R 25 mm spacers for the rear wheels ( bought, but not received yet)

Future mods:
14. Real wood dash kit (this year)
15. Toms 6-link rear suspension braces
16. PI/TC and tranny cooler (next year)
17. 18 inch rims HRE 447R's (next year)

Needless to say, this sickness does not end...................................
